Gutter-Snipe Gutter Cleaners are fully insured with both Workers’ Compensation and Public Liability Insurances. This Company has been established for 22 years. Work Cover/OH&S practices are followed and reviewed regularly. We leave no mess and guarantee our work.

All gutterings, roof valleys and downpipes are cleared of debris and roofs with accumulated debris are cleared. All downpipes are then flushed to ensure they are flowing to clear stormwater drains. Skylite and chimney areas are cleared to assist water flow. Debris from the gutterings is put into sacks (not just thrown over windows and balconies). If any drops accidentally we clear it up.

Debris would be left in a compost bin or spread on the garden as mulch thus saving money and helping the environment. Conversely, debris may be removed from site for a nominal charge.

Part of our free service whilst on the roof cleaning, is that we check the roof for broken tiles, from fallen branches, hail etc. If we find broken tiles and spare tiles are on site, the first tile is replaced free of charge. Any further are costed at $20 each.

Or we can repair broken tiles at $20 each. Any problem we see whilst cleaning, such as rusted guttering, is reported for your future budgeting or immediate action.

Another free service is our "Gutter-Snipe Gutter Cleaners Reminder Call" which is scheduled each time your gutters are due for cleaning – though sometimes we do get behind due to rain, fires or staff absence, so feel free to give us a call for an appointment. When you request in writing to have our service automatically scheduled you become a Priority Customer and can be assured of having the gutterings cleaned on time.
